Fairturn collects nothing about you. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. The app makes no network requests, so there is nothing for us to receive.
Anything you type, such as class lists and names, is stored on your own device. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it.
On Android, this app is excluded from cloud backup, so what you type is not copied to Google Drive. If you move to a new Android device using Google's device-to-device transfer, your data can come with it — that transfer happens directly between your devices, and we never receive a copy.
Fairturn is for adults to use: a teacher, or whoever is running the group. It is not aimed at children. Any names in the app are typed by the adult using it and never leave the device. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no behaviour tracking.
Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your device. Because the app is excluded from cloud backup, there is no copy held anywhere else to delete.
Apple or Google handle purchases. We never see your payment details. The app records only whether a purchase was made, on your device.
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, correction, erasure and portability over personal data held about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct or erase. Your data sits on your device, under your control. You are welcome to contact us to confirm that.
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new date. If the app ever starts collecting something, this page will say so before that happens.
